EBA participated in the first international forum of the New Development Bank (NDB), which was held under the patronage of H.E. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, in the presence of Mr. Ahmed Ezz El-Din, Chairman of China Committee, and Vice Chairman of the Industry and Scientific Research Committee, and this forum is the first to be held outside the founding countries of the BRICS grouping, and organized by the New Development Bank in cooperation with the Ministry of International Cooperation, and a high-level delegation from NDB participated, headed by Mrs. Dilma Rousseff, President of NDB. and former President of Brazil, and Mr. Anil Kishora, Vice President and CEO of the Bank

the Embassy of Thailand in Cairo, has invited Dr. Mohamed Youssef, EBA Executive Director to visit Bangkok – Thailand as a keynote speaker during a seminar entitled "New Modern Egypt: Tips in Doing Business" to present opportunities and areas of cooperation between the Egyptian and Thai business communities, as well as the revival of the Egyptian-Thai Joint Business Council.

On the sidelines of the visit of Mr. Adama Bictogo, Head of the National Assembly of Côte d'Ivoire (President of the Parliament of Côte d'Ivoire), a meeting was held between a delegation from Côte d'Ivoire and the Committee of Africa in both the Egyptian Businessmen Association and the Federation of Egyptian Industries headed by Dr. Sherif El-Gabaly, as well as the Chargé d'Affaires of Côte d'Ivoire in Cairo, with the aim of exchanging visions with the most important business organisations in Egypt, which include Egyptian businessmen in various economic sectors to strengthen Ivorian-Egyptian cooperation relations and also identify the activities carried out by these companies and discuss the possibility of them investing in Côte d'Ivoire.
EBA was represented in this meeting by Dr. Mohamed Youssef, Executive Director of EBA and Mrs. Dalia Youssef, Division Director of International Relations and Membership Affairs.
