The company was established in 1996 and was one of the first companies to begin developing residential communities in the new suburban city of Sheikh Zayed in the suburbs of Cairo. The first project was El Karma compound with a total area of 55 acres and over 100 villas and twin houses. After the success of El Karma, the company developed its second project, Karma 2, followed by The exclusive Karma Heights. The company then diversified to different market segments with the development of 106 apartment buildings in the national youth housing project.
