EBA has held a meeting with Libyan Founders of Libyan Junior Businessmen Association (under establishment) in order to discuss reestablishing the joint business council which was signed on 2008 , potentials and opportunities in Libya , as well as the obstacles facing the Egyptian investors in Libya .
