The Egyptian Businessmen’s Association
A leading voice of Egypt’s private sector — uniting the country’s foremost business figures to shape a stronger economy and connect Egyptian enterprise with the world.
Who We Are
A non-governmental, non-profit organization
Founded in 1979. EBA is a non-governmental, non-for-profit organization that seeks to unify the efforts of private Egyptian interests in contributing to the productivity and efficient national economic and social development of Egypt. In order to carry out these duties, EBA had to be in the first place a lobbying power on behalf of the Egyptian business community to protect its interests and enhance the private sector existence
Our Mission
To encourage inward investment by acting as a catalyst for the exchange of trade and investment between Egypt and the world, and by providing world-class information and comprehensive technical support to the Egyptian business community.
To enhance the economic environment and build a stronger, more solid base for the private sector as the locomotive of the national economy.
