Energy Committee Online Meeting

The EBA,headed by Eng. Ali Issa, held an online meeting organized by the Energy Committee under the chairmanship of Eng. Mohamed Ayman Kamal El-Din Kara - Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Committee, with Prof. Dr. Hafez Salmawy - Professor of Energy Engineering and former CEO of the Electricity Utility Regulatory Authority, with the participation of Dr. Mona El-Adawy - Vice Chairman of the Committee, and a group of members of the Association working and interested in the energy sector, on the development of renewable energy in Egypt and the challenges, an overview of the development of renewable energy in Egypt, solar energy, wind energy and other sources, progress in the Renewable energy projects, challenges facing the renewable energy sector, technical and financial challenges, government support policies and the role of investors.
