Real Estate Development & Construction Committee Working Group

The Real Estate Development and Contracting Committee, chaired by Eng. Fathallah Fawzi, Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Committee, held a small working group of the committee formed to partner with the Social Housing Fund and Support Real Estate Finance, headed by Eng. Alaa Fikri, First Vice Chairman of the Real Estate Development and Contracting Committee, and in the presence of: Eng. Ahmed Adel Lotfi, Eng. Amr Abdel Mohsen, and Eng. Mohamed Bdeir, at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the headquarters of the Urban Communities Authority in the New Administrative Capital. The meeting was held with the aim of completing the discussion of cooperation and partnership opportunities between the real estate developer and the Fund.
