On the Decree of the President of the Republic No. 209 of 2017 on the reorganization and formation of the Supreme Committee for Legislative Reform under the chairmanship of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly – Prime Minister and the membership of the most important bodies entrusted with achieving the objectives of the committee, which is "legislative reform", but the formation has not been a member of any of the business organizations that represent the business community and the poles of the private sector in Egypt.
