Mentorship Program

USAID’s Economic Governance Activity (EGA) is partnering with the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD) and The National Council for Women (NCW) on developing and delivering a mentorship program for women civil servants. This program is designed to support leadership development, increase retention, enhance succession planning, and promote for a more inclusive workplace, EBA was represented in the round table discussion with potential mentors from the private sector
