Meeting with Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry

EBA has held a virtual meeting with Trade Commissioner of Malaysia, Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), Embassy of Malaysia in Egypt and Dr. Lim Chong Ling, Chairman of MICCI Central Branch, in the presence of representatives of the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI) to discuss ways to enhance trade and investment cooperation between the business communities of the two countries. The meeting witnessed extensive discussions on improving intra- trade, stressing on the importance of mutual cooperation to increase Egyptian exports to the Malaysian market, and exploiting the strategic location of both Egypt and Malaysia as regional hubs to reach African and Asian markets
