The forum was attended by Mr. Liao Liqiang, Chinese Ambassador to Cairo, Ms. Dr. Hala Al-Saeed, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, Mr. Amr Moussa, former Secretary General of the League of Arab States and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian-Chinese Business Association.
